Sintered stone – harder than stainless steel
Our stone slabs are made from natural kaolin clay that are sintered/bonded together at 1200 °C. Sintered stone is ideal for outdoor use. Its properties make it extremely resistant to high temperatures, abrasion and staining. Due to the tough processing, the table tops achieve grade 7 out of 10 on the Mohs hardness scale, which is harder than stainless steel.
