Below are our bain-maries for canteens, perfect for heating more delicate ingredients. Our bain-maries can accommodate gastronorm pans with a maximum depth of 15 and 20 centimetres. With bain-maries from our range, it's easier to achieve a more even heat distribution, manufactured to a high quality to withstand daily use.
